I have problems with blocked hair follicles, especially on the bikini area, where I shave. What would be best to do to get rid of blocked hair follicles?

Maybe you should try something other than shaving… maybe depilation? Or is your skin too sensitive for chemicals?

You have to shave in the same direction as the hair is growing. Maybe this is your problem.

Did you talk to your doctor about that?
I was once prescribed with benzoyl peroxide gel. It actually helped me. Maybe you could get it prescribed, some weaker medicines are available over the counter in lotion form. They dry and peel the skin and fight the growth of bacteria, this is how they help to clear blocked hair follicles. |

Maybe your skin does not have enough vitamins to fight the bacteria. Healthy skin needs a good intake of vitamins A, C, E and zinc. You also need to drink lots of fluid, at least 8 glasses. Best is water.
