Most of all, you should drink water and not soft drinks of coffee. 5 glasses of water daily does it.
Diet should supply all the nutrients needed to build health, namely, protein, carbohydrates, fats, essential fatty acids and all the essential vitamins and minerals, which means it is best to follow food pyramid. Eat lots of seeds, nuts and grains (avoid white flour proceed products), vegetables and fruits (at least 6 portions daily). Go easy with fats and sweets. Also not too mush cheese, yogurt and other milk products. For good looking skin you need to pay attention to vitamins- intake of A, B, C, and E is essential for good skin, especially group B is essential for good skin: vitamin B1 aids skin health by helping to keep the circulation normal, and B2 improves skin pigmentation.
