hairstyles to slim my face?

I have round face- I have long hair, and I wear it constantly in pony tail, so I am definitely cutting it- I got bored if it, besides, when they are shorter, I am sure everything is easier. Anyway, as I said- my face is round, so what would be those hairstyles to slim my face?

There are few tricks with hairstyles to slim face.
Here are solutions, and it is best if you decide for yourself:
One option is putting a side part in the hair- put is at one or other side, left on right, not the middle – this will slim and lengthen a face that's too round.
It is essential to avoid center parts, chin length hair, and fullness at the side of the ears- all those hairstyles emphasis the round face. If you are planning to have bangs, do not have them straight chopped, because they somewhat ground down the face- have them asymmetrical and wispy, most of all not bushy.
So, these are things you must avoid; and now what hairstyles you should wear to slim your face? Bets are hairstyles with fullness and height at the crown, because they give the impression of narrower face (if you are planning to go real short- Beckham style in woman version is one of the options). Do not have straight, classical cuts- people with round faces look best if they have a cut with layers, while keeping the sides close to your face (as mentioned above- avoid fullness at the side of the ears).
Since you have long hair now, you should know that cutting to chin length would be a disaster! Decide either for hairstyle that is longer than chin length, or shorter and narrow around ears!

I think you can make many types of hairstyles with your long hairs. I feel most of them will suit you. You will look a even smart than before.
