I think I have a solution for your hard skin on feet. It is best if you follow this regime:
Soak your feet in slightly hot water- this will soften dead skin, which will allow you to remove it with pumice stone. You could also use foot file, but rub really gently.
After that, soak your feet again into, this time, hot water. Add some mineral salt (kitchen salt is perfectly fine- use 1 cup), add few drops of lavender oil if you want- this reduces swelling and helps relax tired feet. Enjoy having feet in hot water for 10 minutes. Watch out your water isn’t to hot, because you don’t want to get burned.
Now, dry your feet, particularly between toes. And generously apply moisturizer that penetrates skin well and does not leave greasy residue. Actually this part is my preference, simply because I do not want to have greasy legs (I don’t like that feeling; even if I don’t wear socks). Best is t

Do not expect to have beautiful feet hard skin-free feet after one treatment! Do this treatment few times a week (best is to do it before bed time) and you’ll see what a difference this will make. No more hard skin on feet for sure! |
