i would like to know if there is any solution for hard skin on feet. i am using peeling, but it makes no evident difference, besides I heard or read somewhere that when you once start peeling feet, you have to do it non stop, because the situation gets worse-i mean the skin on feet is even harder.
is there any onther solution besides peeling? |

Hi Sonia,
here is a solution not only for hard skin on fee, but also for cold days.
In winter I have not only rough skin on feet and heels, but my feet are usually very cold. I often make myself hot bath.
You need 1 cup milk, 1 cup sweek cream, 3 table spoons honey and few drops of cinnamon aromathic oil (cinnamon influences mood). Mix all ingredients and pour into hot tub and enjoy in it about 15 minutes. After that rub your feet with a special brush for feet. Afterward apply greasy cream.
This works for me. The bath has more relaxing and warming feeling; but cream is essential after peeling, because when you peel skin off, it is very sensitive, so you have nurture it with cream. |

| If you don't wanna buy creams... and btw they do help.. try olive or some other oil... it's natural and its most of all oily and should help your problem. Also scrub your feet at least once a week... just don't do it too often... your skin needs time to regenerate |

I agree that creams which you can purchase at drugstores could really help. I think it is also good to try foot spas at least once or twice a month to help your skin on the foot to regenerate and just make it relaxed. Proper hygiene on your foot and scrubbing could help, too. |
