Hi Mia!
Healthy skin care is based on clear skin, but you do not need to exaggerate. Washing your skin more than 2 times a day is not necessary. When you wake up and preparing skin for makeup and when you're removing makeup- I asume before bed time. When cleaning makeup it is best to use milk or
makeup remover pads, whatever you prefer. I like pads more, because they do the job faster. When face is dry, use cream. For night time it is best to use night creams- they are different than daily creams, since they do not contain UV protection for exmple and have some ingredient that nurture skin during the night. When choosing daily cream you need to define first what is your skin type (dry, normal..). If you are not sure, it is best to discuss this with dermatologist or beautician.
About face peelings and mask... you do not need to use them more than twice a week. When applying them make sure your skin is clean and when removing them, rinse your face. After apply cream.
If you have pimples, avoid squeezing them... but this is another topic.
I hope I made it easier
