Before starting a diet, one should examine the necessity for it. It depends on gender, height and age. For instance, the ideal weight for a 13 year-old girl, considering her height of 165, is 54 kg. If you are a teenager, it is recommended to let your body grow. If there is yet a necessity of keeping a diet, you should be really careful, and do it step by step, as your nutritionist recommends you.
If you are not in a teenage period, you should take as much calories as you need for your daily routine. There is a lot of instructions on the internet which give you the answer about the amount of calories you need.
If you are a female of 165 in middle twenties or older, for a slightly built the ideal is 52, 2-56, 2 kg, for a medium built 54, 9-61, 7 kg and for a strong built 59, 0-66, 7 kg.
When a woman gets her ideal weight it is neither natural nor recommended to loose or get more in order to complete the basic daily biological functions. |
