Apple vinegar is healthy- it contains the same ingredients as healthy and mature apple. Apple vinegar contains mild acids, which have very positive effects; for example: this acid is an enemy to all bacteria in stomach and intestine. It cleans organism, washes away toxins from kidney and bladder.
Acid improves the ability of digestion- food is digested sooner and consumed fats do not get to fat cells- as a result, lesser weight gain. Besides all apple vinegar decreases the need for sweet food, salt and fat food. It also balances blood pressure, prevents calcium deposits and lowers the level of cholesterol. |
