My brother bought house sauna and he is very keen to try it, he keeps on telling me how healthy it is. I personaly do not like to sweat, so I honestly do not see anything attractive in sauna.
I would like to know if sauna is healthy and why.
I appreciate every reply! |

Sauna effects are very healthy for following reasons:
-improves blood circulation
-strenghtens body in case cold and viral infections
-lessens injuries
-detoxicates body
-lowers blood pressure
-clears skin
-helps in loosing weight
-positive in rheumatic and arthritis treatments
-relaxes body and mind
Sauna effects last aproximately 7 days. It is appropriate to visit sauna on weekly basis. |

Sauna is healthy, though some people should avoid it- people who have cancer or any kind of contagious disease.
People with heart or vein problems, also people that are recovering from heart attack.
Although sauna improves blood circulation, people with very bad blood circulation should avoid it. The same rule stands for people with high blood pressure. |
