| Anyone knows what is jessica alba s workout routine? I think (who doesn’t) she looks great, her body is toned great, so if someone could give me few tips about jessica alba s workout routine, I would highly appreciate it! |

First of all, jessica alba s secret is in eating and exercising.
She eats very healthy, so most of us couldn’t handle her regime. For example- she eats no bread, no desserts. I understand the desserts, I also do not eat them, especially I do not have the habit eating something sweet after a meal, I eat sweet when I feel like it… But jessica alba- never! For breakfast she eats omelet with without egg yolks, only egg whites, and no bread of course, for lunch lets say tuna salad (no bread, no sweets), for dinner lean poultry with bowl of lettuce… can you handle jessica alba s eating regime? I can, but not more than 2 weeks… did you know she hired professional trainer to not only exercise with her, but also to eat with her and tell her what she may order and what not.
About jessica alba s workout routine… she works out every day- combination of cardio exercises and strength exercises. jessica alba s workout routine starts with cardio (you may start on a bike or runnig) for 10-15 minutes, than follows 15 or 20 minutes of strength exercises (it is better more than less, because you want to do every exercise properly and slowly- this way you’ll achieve better effect), after strength exercise back to cardio- another 15 or 20 minutes on a bike whatever you prefer.
Secret is also in drinking plenty of liquid – water, not soft drinks. jessica alba s figure is not just a matter of workout routine, but a matter of combination of proper nutrition and workout routine- life style. |
