yeah, I agree... who doesn't?
before preparing for her role as Daisy Duke she hired trainer, who controlled not just her trainings, but also eating--- something that just rich people can afford...
Jessica Simpson s workout routine was/ is a 6 days a week session with her trainer- 2 hours a day, which included squats, lunges, cardio and weight lifting. 30 minutes cardio workouts (like running, fats walking), lost of exercises for behind and hip area. Weight lifting included not to heavy weight- I think 7 lbs, not more (with weight lifitng is like that- if you are doing low number repeating and heavy weight, you'll pump muscles big time, and if you're doing more exercise repeating with lighter weights, you'll shape your body in not so muscular structure.
Jessica Simpson s workout routine was not just work out- it was also eating right: no sugar except fruit, no bread, no desserts. She eat grilled chicken, seared fish, broccoli and asparagus... And now she has beatiful body. And she is still working out and eating healthy to keep her great figure. |
