It is important you drink plenty water, since it wastes all toxins from the skin.
Get plenty of sleep, since skin renewal occurrence increases when you sleep. And when you tired, this results on skin since it does not have the energy to recover and regenerate.
Avoid smoky places and hope you do not smoke!
Do not stress yourself- all frowning will be seen on your face when you’re older. If cannot help yourself, try yoga classes, massages or find your own way to distress. |
