This exercise activates muscles in thighs, behind and stomach.
Stand with your legs together.
Now, about your arms: arms bent in elbows, hands in fists, fists positioned right before your chin.
Rise left leg, it should be bent in knee, rise it to the height of your hips.
Lean on your right leg, which is slightly bent in knee and kick your left leg in position aside.
Return to the starting position.
Do 15 kick outs aside with left leg and then 15 times with your right leg. |
