Here is a method that actually takes some time and you also have to be assertive, but in the long-run it is worth it.
You’ll need fabric bandage, cut it lengthwise down the middle with scissors. You’ll get two long strips. Stick one end of the half-bandage just above and slightly medial: inward towards the invisible centerline of your face, to the inner corner of one eyebrow, just above your nose.
Next step is to gently pull the half-bandage in an arc over your eyebrow, which will result in very slightly stretching the skin at the bandage’s attachment point to draw it outward towards the side of your face. Then stick the other end down wherever it seems to make the most sense. If you are careful, you can actually curve the half-bandage a bit to follow the contour of your eyebrow as you desire.
Rinse with warm water and repeat for other eyebrow.
The longer the application the more it seems to helps, bets is to sleep with them.
This might seem odd, but it does help.
