| I have a question on skincare. what is the most natural way to take care of skin. let me explain: I wash my face in the morning and before bed time, when I use makeup, i wash it off as soon as possible. Does skin actually need peelings and mask and so maaaaany preparates? or is it enough for natural skincare to perform basic hygiene? |

I think skin can tell you best. If skin looks healthy and feels good, than your daily hygiene is enough. What you are doing is basic personal skin care. Do you use creams? You should. I don't know how old you are and maybe your skin still haves its natural moisture, but soon you'll need face cream. I also do not need it actually, but when I wash my face, skin feels somewhat thinghten- I don't know this is because of water or what.
Ok, creams are necessary- daily cream and night cream. Both creams contain different ingredients, because their purpose is different. At day time you need UV protection and at night not, but you need some other nurturing stuff that will help regenerate your skin while it rests from outer influences.
About face washes... I think it is good to use face wash before bed time (remember best is soap free!) to cleanse all dirt from your face before skin can completely relax.
Peelings and masks and so on.... I use mask maybe once a month, some recomend once a week, I simply forget peeling shouldn't be used more than twice a week. peelings and masks are your option- you are already doing the basic, additonal skin care would be advisable, but not strictly necessary. |
