I know it was released as the first whey protein in the sports nutrition.
I guess it doesn't differs from other.. they are all based on same ingredients.
To tell the truth, I never tried it, not vitamin shoppe nor any other. I prefer proteins in chinken and other 'know what I eat' food... |
