i will try to be as simple as possible... starting here with statement that acne is chronic disease and could be arised from the interaction of 4 factors:
-when sebaceous glands are stimulated; consequently occurs excess sebum production
-when sebaceous follicle arises from excess production of keratinocytes, which is the basic cell of the epidermis
-when bacteria Propionibacterium acnes increases, though this bacteria normally lives in the sebaceous follicle
-when sebum escaping into the surrounding skin is caused by inflammation.
