Every begining is hard and probably there will be some heavy breathing as you start with phisical exercises
BUT, better now than never!!!
I suggest running- first week only few minutes of slow running- or if you run on stadium, 3 laps. Next time, when you 'll feel capable of more, run 4 laps- important is you sweat and breath deep!
Remember- discipline and soon you'll be able to reach 4th flour without heavy breahting.  |
