| I heard somewhere that vitamins may help for pitted scars. Is that true? If yes- what vitamins should I take for reducing pitted scars? |

Hi Biba!
Some people say that any oil work for pitted scars.
Some say that vitamin E gel caplets, that you can get in any pharmacy help. You break open the gel cap and apply a generous amount of vitamin E oil on the scar. They say that it takes one month to reduce old or new scars.
I heard that vitamins E and K help for pitted scars- I think this is most rational solution among all I mentioned. It would be best to discus with your doctor what amount of vitamins would be best to take. I hope your pitted scars will disappear with those vitamins.
