Hi,
I heard about potatoe diet, which is supposed to be practiced not more than day or two.
You need some herbs, 900 g potatoes and liquid that is left after producing buter (I think it is called whey). Potatoes and this liquid are both rich with calcium and balance amount of water in body. They have positive influence on nervous system, blood circulation, fasten extraction of digestive fluids and relax stomach.
In the morning, for luch and dinner you may eat 300 g of cooked potato. When eating drink 2 dcl buttery fluid (1 glass in the morning before you eat, one glass before you go to sleep and 1 glass for each meal).
To make some difference, you can eat mashed potatoes.
Use herb that you like- shallot, origano, etc.
You can drink water, but drink it when you are not drinking diet liquid. |
