About running during pregnansy: it may be dangerous because of potential falls.
But if running is part of your daily routine, it is fine to continue. Just ask your doctor first, and be careful not to fall.
Best pregnansy exercises are:
dancing, swimming, (fast) walking, and low-impact aerobics are good cardiovascular pregnansy exercises, while stretching and yoga (but take prenatal yoga classes, because not all asanas are allowed) are good for flexibility. If you're weight training before pregnansy, continue to do so, but ask your docotr how much weight s/he recommends. |
