Proteins give you a sense of fullness and this feeling lasts longer than, for example, if you eat fat. Bare proteins help balancing blood sugar.
BUT, this does not meat that eating only or mostly proteins would be a good diet. Not at all!!!
Balanced diet is the only good diet. Approximately 15% of your diet should be composed of proteins, no more. |
