The exercise I am about to give can be called push up exercise or press up- whatever you prefer. For this exercise you need nothing but yourself and a wall and floor- they are easy to do.
First let me explain the easiest one.
Approach the wall, facing it, standing 40-50 cm from it. Your feet are hip width apart. Place hands forward on the wall- hands are shoulder width. The exercise you need to do is lean in and then push your body back- you are slightly bend in elbows.
Second one:
Get on the floor on your hands and knees. Hands are placed in the width of your shoulders. Bent in elbows and lower your chin as possible to the floor- then push back in the starting position- this way not only your breast muscles work, but also your abs- this exercise is step further in comparison to first one, and is similar to woman push ups. If you want to make exercise little bit heavies, put your knees back, away from the torso- now you’ll be doing woman push ups. The principle of this push ups for breast is to shift more of your weight on your hands and upper part of the body (and not so much on your knees).
All push ups breast exercise are simple and you need no equipment for them, only will and few minutes daily. |
