Hello!
Yes, this treatment is rather new in plastic surgery, but has already been practiced, so there are no reasons for worry. Treatment is very efficient both in reduction of deep and fine wrinkles.
Results are produced at both epidermal and deep dermal levels, since energy used in procedure reaches depth of 1, 5 to 2 mm. This depth is actually exact area where collagen stimulation occurs. This type of reduction of wrinkles works on principle of higher temperature and energy levels. The proper combination of both (temperature and energy is controllable) makes it possible to treat fine wrinkles at surface, and also penetrating into dermis to treat and reduce deeper wrinkles. Both is done in same procedure.
Most people do not experience side effects at all, while with others some minor local redness, which is short-term occurs.
Try contacting some plastic surgeons. I am sure they will give you further information on this procedure.
Good luck! |
