I am sorry to disappoint you, but once stretch marks occur, they are permanent, but they can be ‘repaired’ to some level, at least in color.
Stretch marks occur as you might know because stretching of skin. Skin is elastic and it tolerates significant stretching over a short period of time, like during pregnancy. Of course, situation differs with different people, this is why some women do get stretch marks in pregnancy, and some do not.
Now, some physicians (your also maybe) claim lasers are effective in removing stretch marks, unfortunately there is no evidence this is true. Actually most plastic surgeon think lasers are ineffective when removing stretch marks. Main reason lies in functioning of lasers: lasers remove, vaporize and break down tissues, but they do not repair them! And stretch marks represent torn tissues that need to be repaired.
Some physicians claim massaging helps. Try this method for a start, it would also be wise to visit plastic surgeon and see what professional has to say on repairing stretch marks.
