I think it would be valuable to repeat some rules that have to be respected when visiting sauna:
-take at least two hours of your time when visiting sauna,
-do not eat before that or at least not more than little snack,
-before entering sauna, shower and dry good,
-you can lay or sit in sauna, but your position should be adjusted to the number of sauna visiters
-use bigger towel, you can also use bedding or sth similar, because it is much bigger than towel. It is best if it's made of cotton; use this to cover your seat also, put under feet.
-be attentive to others in sauna; people come to relax in sauna and not to listen latest romours or your telephone conversations; rather than talking, relax, listen to music and daydream
-do not read magazines in sauna; any way, what kind of relaxation is that?
-after 10 or 15 minutes spend in sauna, take a cold shower, drink lots of fluid (best is water) and relax for 10 or 15 minutes
-if you like to could combine sauna with solarium or massage... to end a perfect relaxing day.
Enjoy!!!!
