I have very problematic skin, lots of acne thus need very sensitive skincare. I was reading non-comedogenic cosmetic should help me deal with my sensitive skin and acne, since it does not clog pores. Is this true??

NO! Non-comedogenic is a term created by companies to make money on (desperate) people. Non-comedogenic means it doesn’t clog pores and thus cause acne. Non-comedogenic products will not provide sensitive skincare!
FDA does not provide a list of ingredients considered to be non-comedogenic, this term was made up as a marketing trick, the same as ‘organic’ and some other.
