Hello and welcome!
I do not have photos of sex surgery eunuch, nor I do not know where you could find one. It is best to spend some time surfing, and I am sure you’ll find them. Try also keywords like castration photos, and similar…
Now, to your questions about sex surgery eunuch …
In all cases sex surgery eunuch causes infertility. So, if you are planning children in future, I suggest to bank some sperm before undergoing sex surgery eunuch.
About change of personality… well, the truth is SOME people experience depression, some have decreased sex drive, some experience aggression, some loss of ambition… These symptoms are called ‘the eunuch calm’, and only some and by no means all eunuchs develop those symptoms. Person’s character is complex and not all things or all symptoms happen to all eunuchs. Some patients deal with ‘the eunuch calm’ by taking HRT (hormone replacement therapy), and those who take HRT almost certainly do not experience the eunuch calm. However, because of HRT they might suffer from mood swings or hot flashes. This happens because testosterone levels fluctuate between doses of the hormone.
About sex drive, as mentioned before it might or might not decrease sex drive. If no hormone replacement therapy is takes it is more likely that reduced libido, erections, nocturnal emissions, sometimes even to the point of total impotence and asexuality, might happen.
I suggest you ask your doctor all that questions again, and of course some other. I am sure s/he will give you some additional information on this topic.
Take care,
