I've read previous posts on diets (grape, carrot, cabbage, soup, and others). I have a big critic to make.
All those diets are shock diets- they are shocking to body. As you can see daily intake of calories is under adverage and daily intake of nutrients needed for healthy body functioning is not balanced- eating potatos and apples the whole will give lots of vitamins or calcium or some other substance in other diet cases, but it will not give you many other ingredients, which are necesarry for normal functioning.
These diets can be used not more than 2 or 3 days- anything more would endanger your health.
It is true you shall loose 2 or 4 pounds in 3 days, but trust me all you loose is water and not fat and all those lost pounds (and more) will return as soon as you start eating normal.
So, take my advice- eat normal, get used to eating more fruit and vegetables and avoid white bread and pasta and exercise. This is a definite achievement of weight loss and building beautiful body.
