sign of pregnansy

My roomate is sick, and she thinks she is pregnant. She said her period is late 4 days, and that she feels sick, and doesn't have the appetite. She also has temperature. Not that high, but just above normal: 37, 2 celsius. She hasn't vomited and she doesn't have the urge to eat pickels with ice cream, still her appetite is surprisingly low (my roomie likes to eat:). Is it possible her symptoms are sign of pregnansy? I wasn't pregnant yet (and neiter was she), we know the most obvious sign is skipping period and vomiting or morning sickness. She missed hers, hasn't vomited, but feels sick. Could someone pls, get more us more info on sign of pregnansy??

every pregnancy is very individual, thus some women have their periods, and some are never sick... We could say every pregnansy is different with every woman.
But, there are techinques to face the truth. One option is to wait until period, but if she does not have the patience, she can do pregnancy test.
Btw, i ofter have higher temperature when expecting period, so this could be a case with your roomie too.
