Hey guys, I am searching some information for my mother. She is about 40 pounds overweight, which has of course interfered with her health. Her doctor told her she must loose weight, because her gland is not working ok. I was reading about slim4life diet, and saw many testimonials where people were saying slim4life diet plan helped them,a nd they lost weight, it wasn’t that hard…
My mom likes to eat, and she is not very keen of sport activities, but at least she goes walking…
I have few question regarding slim4life diet plan- what is slim4life diet plan like? Is it very restrictive? Does it contain sport activities? Did you personally have any experience with it? Where can my mother sign in for slim4life diet plan? |

Hey there, I am glad you’re taking care of your mum…
I personally wasn’t on slim4life diet plan, but my brother was, who also had to loose weight because of health issues. Ok, I think slim4life diet plan contains few diet plans, depending on your weight, and health condition, and on condition you want to achieve. First of all, I must say slim4life diet plan service is not cheap. The service you pay is counseling on a weekly basis plus slim4life eating plan designed by your condition and expectations. My brother ate 3 meals a day, and 2 snacks. For breakfast besides that milk or even better plain yogurt, for dinner salads… Food was ok- each meal included starches, proteins, and fruits. He even got to eat candy bar once a day…
Food is totally regular- he said it is point of loosing weight in telling you what and how much to eat… I agree with him- there were scientific researches made where two groups of people were observed-one group had one type of food to eat, second could eat whatever they wanted- second group of people ate 60% more than first group! Interesting, what do you think!??
Considering exercising- if you mother goes walking, that’s perfectly fine- if she does that every day, and if she walks at least one or two miles- but fast walking, and following slim4life diet plan- she will be of 20 pounds by the end of july! For sure!
My brother lost 20 pounds, he gained some back, when he stopped, but he returned to the principles of slim4life diet and their eating plan.
She can get more information on their official site- something like: slim4life.com
Hope this helps. |
