This diet could be applied not more than few days. No salt, alcohol is allowed. This diet is best when we have eaten lots of meat previous days.
For breakfast you shall need lemon juice, mineral water, toast, 1 hard coocked egg. Make yourself drink from 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tea spoon honey, 150 ml mineral water. You may eat 2 toast and 1 hard coocked egg.
For other meals you need: 1, 2 kg of vegetables (kail, tomato, pumpkin, red paprika, onion, celery, freshly rubbed ginger, and instant vegetable soup, chili.
Make soup in one tea spoon oil and onion, add vegetables and instant soup, add herbs and chili. No salt!!!
