stomach bumps during pregnancy

I am 36 weeks pregnant. Yesterday I've noticed reddish and itchy bumps on stomach. I have them only on stomach and they look like some sort of rash, and also feel that way- they itch like hell.
I guess stomach bumps during pregnancy aren't normal? Anyone else had problems with itchy bumps? What should i do? is there any home remedy or should i call doc? Will these stomach bumps disappear after pregnancy?

I don't know what's that. in both my pregnencies i've never experince something like that. i would calldocotr- better safe than sorry!

This sounds like condition, called pruritic urticarial papules. Not very common, but happens... usually it occurs during last trimester (as in your case), and as with you, patches occur first at stomach, and then they might develop on other body areas, like arms or legs.
This condition does not harm baby, but it is very distracting because of the severe itching. Nevertheless, call your doctor and probably s/he'll give you some topical med to ease itching, as lotions or some sort of moisturizers do not help. Or, if condition is very serious, doctor might prescribe you course of oral steroids.
If your condition is what i think it is, it will disappear within few days after delivery. I hope you'll be better soon. Call your doctor anyway!
