| I have one question regarding strength exercise. I have started exercising in fitness and i am not sure how should I exercise. When doing a certain exercise, should I repeat it more times or should I do it less and with heavier weights? |

I think you should hire or ask fitness personel to show you how to work on each machine, how to breath right, how to uphold your back, stomach.
It is better f you exercise with less repeats and less weght. It is important to do the exercise slowly and without hurry. Let all your moves be slow and controlled from the begining till the end of exercise- this is really important.
Do not hold your breath: breath out when you feel presure and breath in when the presure decreases.
It is important for you to know how to exercise on each mashine and how much weight you should lift and how many times. I suggest you consult with fitness experts (I am sure you will find somebody in centre), otherwise you could end up hurting yourself. |

| It definitely will help you become lean. Best part about strength training is unlike the aerobic exercise it continues to work on the muscles hours after the exercise.Now I know one of hem that took me a month to learn but it's in french. All you need to do is find a song that does the same and you personally know and like. |

Exercise has a lots of health benefits It is very essential for the being fit and healthy.
1. Exercise reduces the risk of dying prematurely.
2. Exercise reduces the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and arthritis.
3. Exercise helps to lose weight by reducing our body mass index, reduce our cholesterol and triglyceride circulating in our blood.
4.The exercise increases self-esteem and confidence.

The best thing about strength training is different aerobic exercise, which will continue to work the muscles exercise.Now now I know that skirt that took me a month to learn, but it is in French. All you have to do is find a song that is not the same and do not know, and so on. |

Cardio exercise is just one tool for losing fat, as well as for conditioning the heart, but how much do you need? Use these resources to create effective workouts and get the most out of your cardio exercise.
Depending on who you talk to, kids are either way too active or not active enough. I have some clients who barely have time to exercise, they're so busy shuttling their kids to soccer, volleyball or football, while others have trouble prying their kids away from the TV or the computer.
