I think you should hire or ask fitness personel to show you how to work on each machine, how to breath right, how to uphold your back, stomach.
It is better f you exercise with less repeats and less weght. It is important to do the exercise slowly and without hurry. Let all your moves be slow and controlled from the begining till the end of exercise- this is really important.
Do not hold your breath: breath out when you feel presure and breath in when the presure decreases.
It is important for you to know how to exercise on each mashine and how much weight you should lift and how many times. I suggest you consult with fitness experts (I am sure you will find somebody in centre), otherwise you could end up hurting yourself. |
