It is crucial to stretch your body before and after working out. If not there is bigger chance you could hurt yourself during exercise, especially while your body is still not warm enough.
Take at least 5 to 10 minutes for stretching, both before and after training. Do it slowly, from toes to your head: ankles, knees, hips, legs, arms, neck, everything.
You should end every training with decreasing intensity: this means you should again stretch out your body. |
