| I was at the doctors because for the past two weeks I was feeling like dead- no energy at all... she prescribed me B12 vitamin, which i should take subliqual. What does sublinqual mean? Why should I take it like that? |

I think she thought sublingual- which means under the tongue. i think it absorbs sooner and easier into body.
Did you know that lack of vitaminB12 can cause depression?
it is very imprtant you take vitamin B complex as daily routine- I take it as water dissolving pills. |
