Hi all!
What are main factors that take years off? I know everybody age and sooner or later years are evident on faces and bodies. But some people look younger despite their years. What is the main reason? ...just want to achieve this maybe it's possible...

I think looking young is mostly connected to genetics. if you look at your parents you will get approximate picture of your future.
I hope this is a happy news for you |

This was published in Daily Mirror month ago... researches say happy family life, not smoking and drinking, and of course lots of money takes years off your face. And this factors are suppose to make up to seven years difference in the way you look. My mother has a happy family life, very successful in her professional career, doesn't smoke, drinks homemade red wine at lunch time and looks gorgeous. My father is different story... his age is more evident, though characteristic typical for my mum are also for my dad, but he is also obese... maybe this is main reason and has austere face mimic (at least my friends used to say so... they were sometimes afraid of himm but he is such a nice guy
I agree with research - it turned out to be true at least when my family is considered as a sample. I also think Brian is right- genetics is most important factor!
Take care! |
