This depends on every person… if you have any diseases, if you’re pregnant, nursing, on contraceptive pills, if we are talking about a child, older person, sportist… Thus it would be best to discus about the amount of vitamines with your doctor.
Recommended daily amount of:
vitamin A is 800 micrograms. Be careful not to overdose.
vitamin B1 (thiamine) is 1.4mg.
vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is 1.6mg
vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is 2mg.
vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is 1 microgram
vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is 60mg
vitamin D is 5 micrograms
vitamin E (tocopherol) is 10mg
folic acid is 200 micrograms.
