Defenitely! This is a rule that never goes out of fashion!
This is especially true if you are using intense lacquer or lipstick colors . if you have discrete nail lacquer, than color of lipstic off course doesn't matter. But if you decide to apply 'strong' colors on your nails, like red or any other (even less) obvious color, than colors of those two makeup elements should definitely match. |
