3 months have passed since my pregnancy. I am loosing weight- and i lost some already, but the problems is loose skin on stomach. I am exercising- doing sit ups in combination with cardio exercises (fast walking and cycling), but i still have loose skin. I am terrified my skin will stay this way! What else can I do for tighting loose skin after pregnancy? Do you think some creams should help?
Please help! I appreciate every advice!! |

Persistence girl! All what you're doing is perfectly right and fine. Simply some time must pass. Your body and skin stretched during past 9 months, and they can\t get back to normal in a matter of 3 months. Just keep on doing those exercises and eat right, live healthy and in a matter of one year you'll be as good as new.
I wouldn't rely too much on creams. I bought it once and never again - it was against stretch marks, and it did absolutely nothing, and i did as directed, so i think buying creams would be throwing money away. |

| Loose skin after pregnancy is easiest to avoid this if woman is physically prepared before pregnancy. A friend of mine- professional athlete looked great 3 weeks after delivery, same old her. On contrary – me, who was always few pounds overweight, had big problems with loosing weight and consequently tighting skin after pregnancy. I don't want to discourage you, but some time must pass before you'll bring your body back into order. |
