What pee device? You mean penis? They have artificial penis, and not pee device. In transmen urethra ends near vaginal opening, so when forming a penis, it is too short. Thus urethra needs to be elongated, and this is when most complications occur when ‘creating’ artificial penis for transmen.
Yes, they stand and they pee as men pee. |
