Tubal pregnency is actually ectopic pregnency, which means that pregnency develops outside uterus. This is typical for ectopic pregnency, while in tubal pregnency, pregnancy occurs is in one of the fallopian tubes (most common for ectopic pregnancy, which can develop anywhwre in the abdomen). This is the reason it is called tubal pregnency.
Most severe symptom of tubal pregnency is internal bleeding- the tube expands and eventually ruptures- this causes severe bleeding.
Symptoms of tubal pregnency may be often confused with miscarriage or pelvic inflammatory disease. However, most common tubal pregnency symptoms are vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, pelvic pain. Tubal pregnency can cause sweating, fast heartbeat,
If bleeding, this is often associated with dizziness or passing out. And, if bleeding, you must call 911!!! |
