I have genetic problem (got it from my father). I have wrinkle under eyes. I would like to know what would be the best treatment to reduce under eye wrinkle?

I read that undereyes wrinkles and bags can be removed with treatment that is combination of fat removal and laser treatmnet. I am not really sure how this treatment works.
Of course there are many topical creams available that are supposed to reduce wrinkles under eyes, but non of them ever worked any good for me.
