I am searching for update penis enlargement procedures. The less invasive- the better… Please, do go into details as much as possible!

The newest penis enlargement procedure is called MISL, which means minimally invasive surgery with laser.
As the name says, procedure is done with laser and is minimally invasive. It leaves smallest scar possible- not longer than 1 inch (which is smaller scar than with traditional lengthening surgery).
The ‘secret’ of this procedure is not lengthening in a literal way of speaking, since no actual length is created. Additional length is created by cutting a portion of the suspensory ligaments which hold the penis against the undersurfaces of the pubic bone between man’s legs.
Ok, risk… every surgery has a risk. This update penis enlargement includes allergic reaction to anesthetic, as first risk that is possible with all surgeries with anesthesia.
And with all penis enlargement procedures are following risks possible: swelling, bruising and mild discomfort, infection, lost of sensation, altered function of penis, erections might become horizontal and not vertical, delayed healing or even hematoma. There are some factors that increase those risks, such as smoking. And even, if you do not smoke, there is no guarantee.
After procedure patient has to wear light pressure dressing for at least few days. Penis and scrotum are bruised for several weeks after procedure. And after procedure patient must avoid sexual activity for at least 4-8 weeks.

I saw the article and i feel gross just thinking about it. I don't know why men are so proud of their things that they're actually wearing it like trophies. I mean, I understand it's an insecurity if you're really really small, but a 6-in girth, or 11-in length? It's just way grotesque already. To be fair, even women who overdo their boobs go beyond sexy to gross as well. Just take a look at this article.
