| After giving birth to my third child I feel like my vagina has stretched. Is this possible? The problem is when having intercourse with my husband, I stopped enjoying it. My sense for feeling has decreased. I am afraid this is due to giving multiple births, and my vagina and vaginal muscles have loosen. Is it possible to have vagina surgery? |

Yes, vagina surgery is possible. In your case, this is called vaginoplasty, which involves as vagina surgery, thightening and rebuilding vaginal muscles.
I think you are getting the point, and you are right when saying multiple childbirth caused you vaginal muscles to loosen and weaken. Vagina also got bigger in diameter and consequently there is a loss of feeling for you (and your husband) I supposed when having sexual intercourse.
Vagina surgery or vaginoplasty ‘returns’ vagina in its pre-birth state, and thus also rejuvenates sexual pleasure for you and your partner.
Discuss this topic with plastic surgeon. |

There's vagina surgery and then there's an injection. I've read an article saying that injections can now be done to rejuvenate the vagina. I think it's called the G-shot. If surgery is a little too risky for you, you might want to check this out.

| I have the same worries too and the only thing that's making me hesitate about going into surgery is the health factor. The chance of a miscalculation, accidents or any of those sorts of things. Adriankents is right. If I were you, I'd take the shot instead. |

| Between vaginoplasty and G-shots, I'd prefer the shots because it's just the feeling or sensation that I'm after. If appearnce is your primary concern, then go with the surgical method or vaginoplasty. |

Blondie,
Vagina surgery is possible. But it also involves risks just like any surgical procedure. Depending on exactly what you wanna do, you may have several options. And just like what adriankents said, you may even have an option of not undergoing surgery. The issue of vagina repair or reconstruction is not anymore a taboo topic. Discuss the matter with your doctor and ask for advice. |
