Of course it varies.
First about calories- leafy vegetables, like lettuce, spinach and similar have the smallest amount of calories. On the other hand, vegetables with biggest amount of calories are potato, corn, eggplant.
Then about vitamins- it is very hard to say in general (btw, i was also very generalizing above with calories) and couldn't do it, because it would be wrong- some vegetables are rich in vitamin A or C, others are not. Some are rich in iron or calcium and others are not- cannot be generalized. |
