Hey Mia,
here are answers to your questions on weekend facelift.
1. When performing weekend facelift, local anesthesia is used. This makes procedure much less painful, besides it minimizes chance of complications. Did you know that when you go under general anesthesia you HAVE to sign a contract that you will not sue hospital/ doctor in case complications happen or your family won't sue if you die!! I couldn't believe it.
2. weekend facelift results depend on skin type, heredity and sun exposure. you must know that after weekend facelift normal aging process resumes. Results are depending as said above, but can last up to 10 years.
3. Scars followed by weekend facelift are almost undetectable. Incision is positioned very carefully- along sideburn area and behind the ear and along the hairline- behind and under ear. They are possitoned that way that they are not exposed.
