Do you have any suggestion considering acne? What is good for acne?
Is there any food that is good or food that shouldn’t be eaten to prevent acne? |

Well, good for acne is not to pick them- this is definitely most efficient cure for acne!
About foods… chocolate causes acne--- this is a myth… scientifically proven!
Best is to follow food pyramid, not just because it is good for acne, but because it is good for overall health. Drink plenty of water, and avoid drinking coffee- some say that green tea is good for acne. And since green tea is healthier stimulant than coffee, rather drink green tea.
Oh, yes one more thing… I read somewhere on forum that squeezing juice from one lemon into water is good for acne because it cleans body of all poisons. But this does not work over night (as anything else doesn’t) |

| Although this post is quite old but I want to say something. Yes, I agree with Petra. Generally people who are suffering with acne have a bad practice of picking them. This is too bad. Another thing I think you should not use any chemical based beauty or skin care products. That may increase your problem. It’s better to clean your face with fresh water 3-4 times a day. Turmeric is another herbal product that you may use on affected area. I've heard Gold Turmeric cream is quite effective for acne and pimples. For food I can say that it’s always better to avoid spicy foods. Instead you should take plenty of green vegetables and fruits. Drinking plenty of water is also very good. |

| No one really knows why acne occurs. For some people it can be due to anxiety or stress. In other people, it can be due to eating certain foods. Even hormone levels can bring on a bout of acne. Each individual needs to find the cause for his or her acne. But one common treatment is keeping your skin clean. Wash your face regularly. Aloe Juice Concentrate 18x works for all kinds of acne. Aloe itself is a natural antiseptic so it acts as a disinfectant both internally and on topical application. Aloe is a good moisturizer so it softens the skin. It is also a good wound healer and can quickly heal abrasions caused by acne and reduce acne marks. |

I have read out your problem and want to suggest a Proactiv Solution, it can be used on the whole face each day. It will not only get rid of existing acne but it actively helps to prevent any future breakouts before they even appear on your skin. it contains three stages, which are as follows-
1. Renewing Cleanser - This oil free formula contains smooth tiny grains which gently exfoliate dead skin cells and other impurities. It contains prescription grade benzoyl peroxide to penetrate the pores and attack the bacteria causing the acne. This helps the blemishes to heal faster.
2. Revitalizing Toner. A refreshing alcohol free toner which removes dead skin cells, unclogs the pores and helps to remove any excess oil from your skin so it looks and feels refreshed. The soothing botanical agents in this toner help to balance a person's skin tone.
3. Repairing Lotion. A light oil free lotion which contains finely milled prescription grade benzoyl peroxide that heals blackheads and blemishes and also helps to prevent future acne breakouts. This lotion is soothing and safe to use on your entire face.
Hope it will be helpful to us. |

| Deep blemishes like that are confidently healed by injection but you'll necessitate to see a doctor or dermatologist. Acne that forms under the skin as cysts and nodules isn't one of the more common types of lesions, according to the American Academy of Dermatology. |

Hi, hope by now you have cleared up the acne but just in case, I go along with drinking plenty of water. I have come across this solution, I haven't tried it as, luckily I don't suffer from it but they said that getting a couple of aspirins, make sure they are pure and do not contain any other drugs, crush them up, add a little water to make a paste, and smooth this onto the acne and leave for an hour or so.
Good Luck. |
