Parboiled rice is an expresion for special techique of rice proceeding. Before the rice is peeled, it is firstly proceed with water vapor. This way most of the vitamins of group B goes from shell to the seed itself, which changes the color into yelowish brown. This way, this rice becomes even more nuitrive and additionally rich with vitamins B. In comparisson with white rice, parboiled rice has more vitamins, minterals, more flavour and it is more resistful to bugs, for example.
Besdies, parboiled rice never overcooked, but it stays nice and stiled. Parboiled rice is also electonically rifined, so you do not have to additionally clean it or pick it. |
