I had long hair since I was 16 (now I ma 25), I cut my hair- and I miss it! 
Anyone knows whats the fastest way to grow your hair? Are there any supplements, vitamins, food, ANYTHING, that I could take in order to fasten my hair growth? |

| Take multivitamin preparations, trim hair as liitle as possible- but you must trim of split ends, about ¼ inch every 2 months, avoid hair coloring. When washing your hair, massage your scalp. |
